Data pack 6.00 is the last official DLC released by Konami, this update along with the official patch release version 1.04.
According to the official twitter stating that the update has improved the league datapack Copa Libertadores and fix any bugs in the previous version of the patch.
This DLC is used by many PES Modder to make additional patches or unofficial, for that you must have an update of the data packs and patches it.
